Property News: What informed your decision to venture into Real Estate Business?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: Having come to the realization that life is all about marketing one thing or the other, even if it is just an idea to influence common choices that ultimately meet our specific needs, I reckoned it would be great to try my digital marketing skills in Real Estate, and it has been a mind-blowing experience for me.

Property News: A lot of women find it very tough balancing work and family. What iadvice do you have for them?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: For a woman, it is never an easy task keeping a balance between when to play the role of mummy, when to play the role of the wife, and also when to play the role of a house keeper. For a working woman, balancing the equation gets even tougher, yet the ideal woman must lend support with income generation for the household, especially these days. However, one great option for women is venturing into Real Estate business, to generate good income, and yet have time for their God-given role in life, which is intricately linked with the home.

Property News: Is Real Estate Business something women can handle effectively?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: Women have an inate ability to multi-task! Regular office job infringes so much on our time, which is the most precious gift, if we are to balance things out as working wives and mothers. As far as Adeyinka is concerned, Real Estate is the most ideal job for a woman, who is already so saddled with the responsibilities of being a woman.

Property News: What will you say are the essentials for success in Real Estate Business?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: The first thing is Product Knowledge. You really cannot sell what you do not know well enough about. Next to this is keeping it real and simple. By this, I mean truthfulness ,and saying only what is necessary at any given point in time. Now these two points are great deal-closing tips! Would you believe that more deals are closed by being more of a listener than a talker?

Property News: How effective is Digital Marketing in Real Estate Business?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: Well, I will say that if you are into Real Estate business, and you have not explored the digital marketing world, then you have not started. We live in a world of over 7 billion people. Everyone needs shelter. Digital marketing is the only tool that will project your services into a wider net.

Property News: What advice will you give anyone regarding Real Estate Investment, especially in Ibeju Lekki axis of Lagos State?

Adeyinka Igbinoba: Buy land now! Ibeju Lekki will be home to Smart City Lagos, aptly described as the Dubai of Africa. Very soon it will become the Commercial Hub of West Africa, where a plethora of government and private projects are currently being deployed, including the 4th Mainland Bridge, Lekki International Airport, Dangote Refinery, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Lekki Deep Sea Port, Eleganza Industrial Complex, Dangote Jetty, and LaCapagne Tropicana Beach Resort, just to mention a few. So my advice to any smart property investor is to look at Ibeju Lekki. That zone is one sure place to invest in, and while considering that, talk to an experienced Realtor.
